Arcade1up Warranty

The Arcade1Up warranty covers the unit for 90 days from the date of purchase for unmodified units purchased from an authorized retailer.

The Arcade1Up warranty covers defects that will prevent the assembly of the cabinet or affect the game play of the unit. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage caused by the end user, issues that arise from modifying your unit, or damage from anything other than normal game play.

We stand by our product and your customer satisfaction is our goal. We have a team of trained staff that can assist with troubleshooting, replacement parts or missing parts. Our goal is to get you back up and gaming. If we are unable to resolve the issue by first troubleshooting and/or with replacement parts covered in this 90 day warranty, we will then work to find a comparable unit for you to enjoy.
