We currently do not have a show room as we prefer to focus our efforts on areas such as product development & customer service. We do not collect sales tax for states outside of Missouri. For all purchases made by buyers located in missouri (4.225%.) sales a tax will be due at checkout.

Yes we do take pre-orders! Occasionally arcade games that are high demand can be out of stock for weeks & months at a time. Games that will be available for pre-order are weill be stated on the buy button for games that are out of stock. For back orders we take a $500 or $1,000 refundable deposit for pre-orders. You deposit becomes non-refundable when your games become in stock and ship. Feel free to give us a call if you have any more questions regarding pre-orders.
We carry unique items that in various sizes and shapes, that being said your item shipping times will depend on the size & availbility of the item. Normal size items ship within 3-5 business days of ordering, much larger items will typically ship between 7-10 business days, however we suggest you call before making your purchase as larger items often vary due to size and location.

We do not sell any used items we sell only brand-new items, directly from our manufacturers, with full manufacturer warranty. You will never receive a used or refurbished piece from us!

We ask for patience with all ouf our customers as shipping large oversize items can be a process. We understand that waiting for your online order to arrive can be frustrating, especially if it's taking longer than expected. There could be several reasons why your online order is taking longer than anticipated.
Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method, and size of the item & your location. Some items may have longer processing times due to high demand or inventory shortages.
Other reasons for the delays could be due to a variety of factors, such as weather conditions, unforeseen delivery route changes, or high volumes of packages during peak periods.

Small & meidum sized itmes times are typically 3-5 business days where as lead times for larger oversize games could vary from a few days up to 8-10 weeks, depending on the game. However, most large oversize items arrive within 2 to 3 weeks. Feel free to give us a call to find out the lead time on a specific item. Note that We try to keep our product pages updated with lead times as best and accurate as possible.
For very large items (Arcade games, Billiard tables, Furniture etc) or any item over 250lbs will be shipped via freight where our shipping partners will call you beforehand with details to arrange a convenient delivery time for you and your schedule, some items are subject to lift gate delivery due to size.
You will receive your tracking information with shipping details via email and or text 24 hours after the item you purchased has been shipped. Once you have received tracking information you will then be able to effectively track the day by day progress of your order from our facility to your door step.
The cost of shipping is free to all lower 48 states in the U.S!
We highly recommend that you thoroughly check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you sense any damage make note of it when signing the delivery form. On the chance that your item(s) do arrive faulty or damaged, please send photographs to our support email immediately (same day) and we will get in touch with you at the earliest opportunity to prepare a return. and or refund. As of now, goods ordered can't be shipped to P.O. boxes and/or APO/FPO.
When you purchase from ProGameRoom, your order is automatically covered under our shipping insurance. This means that if your purchase is damaged while in the care of the shipping company we may provide a replacement or refund at no charge to you. If you sign the delivery receipt for the item without noting any damage to your item, you forfeit your shipping insurance. We will no longer grant any refund or replacement. As is common practice with all U.S. shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc), you must hold onto the damaged item for the duration of the claim. If you dispose of the item before we or the manufacturer provide further instructions, you waive your right to shipping-insurance protection. We will work to expedite the insurance claim process to the best of our ability. Once the claim is fully processed, you will receive a refund in the amount reimbursed by the shipping company (after deducting two-way shipping charges). If the shipping company denies the insurance claim, we will be unable to issue a refund.
If you place your order with us to find the item is out of stock you will still have the option of placing your order as we will be happy to place a back-order on your behalf. Once your back order has been placed we will keep you updated on the estimated shipping times until your item ships.
When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, & other various factors shipments can be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone with more info.
Because of additional labor, time and material We cannot accept returns or cancel custom made orders once started because they are made specifically for your unique situation and/or customized for your own unique needs.
