Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. (“BNEA”) warrants to the original purchaser (“You” or “Your”) that this game copy, including any physical components contained therein (collectively, “Product”) shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). If a defect covered by this limited warranty occurs during this Warranty Period, BNEA will repair or replace the entire Product or applicable component, at its option, free of charge. This limited warranty does not apply if the defects have been caused by acts of god, negligence, accident, abuse, unreasonable use, modification, tampering, or any other cause not related to defective material or workmanship. BNEA may also void this warranty if it reasonably suspects that this Product has been used in a manner that violates any other agreement related to this Product, including any applicable end user license agreement. This limited warranty is valid in the United States and Canada only. This limited warranty provides You with specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. Your use of this Product is also subject to any additional terms communicated to You, including any applicable end user license agreement.

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SET FORTH HEREIN AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, BNEA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES SUCH WARRANTIES, THEY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BNEA BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM USE OF THIS PRODUCT, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER ALLEGED AS A BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS CONDUCT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, IF YOU ARE A RESIDENT OF A JURISDICTION WHERE LOCAL LAW RESTRICTS OR PROHIBITS LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY OR DAMAGES IN ANY MANNER THAT IS INCONSISTENT WITH THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH HEREIN, SUCH LIMITATIONS SHALL BE DEEMED MODIFIED AS NECESSARY TO COMPLY WITH SUCH LOCAL LAWS.

Before returning any defective Product to BNEA, please contact BNEA at https://support.bandainamcoent.com/ for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that any Product or other materials sent to BNEA without an RMA number will be refused and returned. BNEA highly recommends that You use a traceable and/or insured method of shipping when sending the defective Product to BNEA.
